Our products are guaranteed to meet the appropriate standards of testing and safety, yet ballistic protection can never be guaranteed 100%. Body armour is ‘bullet resistant’, not ‘bullet proof’, and SafeGuard Armour cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the wearing of ballistic protective wear.
The product you purchase will provide ballistic protection upto and including the ammunition and weapons outlined in official NIJ documentation, including and weapons and ammunition listed at lower levels of protection. Your body armour can only protect against the threats outlined at its respective level, and will not protect against any weapons or ammunition at a higher strength of caliber. The products offered by SafeGuard Armour are guaranteed to meet the appropriate standards of testing and safety. SafeGuard Armour is not liable for any injuries sustained while wearing ballistic protective wear.
